Work Experience
Dr. Monika M started her career as Scientist at ICAR-IARI, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand in 2023 and served there for two years. Later she joined at ICAR-DPR, Hyderabad and is working as Scientist since 2025.

Areas of Interest:
Worked on selection and genetic improvement programme in Japanese quails; also worked in Poultry Nutrition and Welfare. Her research focuses on innovative alternatives to antibiotics, particularly in postbiotics and parabiotics, to enhance growth performance, gut health, and stress resilience in broiler chickens.
